JUNIOR PLANNER (M/F/D)

To reinforce our team at our new location in Barcelona we are looking for air freight and sea freight specialists. If you want to play an important role in setting up the branch in Catalonia become part of our family and achieve sustainable success.

JUNIOR PLANNER (M/F/D)

DUTIES INVOLVED (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Freight Forwarding Operations – Import / Export
Airline bookings – require to negotiate rates with airlines
Arrange transports – deliveries and collections
Working under pressure to deadlines, providing full transparency
Invoicing & maintenance of document management system
Custom Clearance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Freight Forwarding experience – at least three years of experience
Computer skills, including frequent prior use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
Familiarity with domestic and international geography including countries and major cities
Extreme attention to detail, including the ability to predict and
circumvent issues before they occur and taking the proper corrective action
Ability to be highly productive while keeping cool under pressure
Excellent communication skills (English/Spanish, both written and verbal)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Freight Forwarding experience – at least 10 years of experience
Hands-on mentality, organisational talent
Results orientation, customer focus, leadership
and constancy of purpose
Familiarity with domestic and international geography including
countries and major cities
Extreme attention to detail, including the ability to predict and
circumvent issues before they occur and taking the proper
corrective action
Ability to be highly productive while keeping cool under pressure
Fluency in business English, excellent communication skills
