L.I.T. GROUP RECOGNISED AS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMPANY

Association of Family-Friendly Companies Wesermarsch / Friesland e.V. presents certificate

The L.I.T. Group has been officially recognised as a family-friendly company. The certificate was awarded by the ‘Family-Friendly Company’ quality circle within the Wesermarsch / Friesland Association of Family-Friendly Companies.

The fact that family friendliness is firmly anchored in corporate practice has become particularly clear in recent months. For example, employees at the Brake site were able to take advantage of the Ovelgönne municipality’s holiday childcare programme for the first time this summer, with the L.I.T. Group covering a proportion of the costs. Due to the positive response, this support will be continued and expanded in the future.

The L.I.T. Group has been a member of the Wesermarsch/Friesland e. V. association of family-friendly companies since 2024. Since 2025, the company has also been a member of the nationwide ‘Erfolgsfaktor Familie’ (Success Factor Family) network. These memberships enable an intensive exchange of experiences with other companies and provide valuable impetus for a modern and employee-oriented human resources policy.

Irina Schwarz, Head of Human Resources Management, emphasises:

»Family friendliness is not only a social responsibility, but also a real success factor. Employees who are able to balance work and family life are more motivated, healthier and more loyal to the company in the long term. I know from my own experience how crucial this balance is, and I want us as an employer to offer the right conditions for this.«

This award is an important milestone for the L.I.T. Group. The company sees it as an incentive to work with its employees to develop further offerings that make everyday life easier and promote a sustainable work-life balance. Family friendliness should remain a natural part of the corporate culture and continue to grow.
