The L.I.T. Group is consistently pursuing its strategic growth course: Retroactive to January 1, 2025, the internationally active logistics provider acquired Grüßing Logistik GmbH and Grüßing Spedition GmbH, both based in Westerstede/Moorburg. With this acquisition, the L.I.T. Group specifically strengthens its service and customer portfolio and expands its expertise in specialized transport solutions.

As part of the transaction, the Grüßing Group was advised by TransCare GmbH. The internationally active consulting company specializing in transport, logistics, and mobility supported the company transfer as an M&A advisor. Under the leadership of Managing Director Ralf Jahnke, TransCare contributed its extensive transaction experience to the process, making a key contribution to successful implementation.

Group. »At the same time, we rely on continuity: The locations remain, the management team stays on board – and the established customer relationships will continue under the familiar quality framework.«

SUCCESSION WITH PERSPECTIVE

The acquisition is the result of a structured succession process on the part of the Grüßing Group. The goal was to ensure stability and development opportunities for customers, employees, and partners. »With L.I.T., we have found a strong partner who shares our values and offers our long-standing customers perspectives – with expanded capacities, digital solutions, and a Europe-wide network,« explains Stefan Grüßing, Managing Director of the Grüßing Group.

The Grüßing Group will remain as a brand and continue to operate under its own name. The focus of the cooperation is on the targeted use of joint synergies as well as the expansion of individual customer solutions. In addition to transport and warehousing logistics, Grüßing brings particular expertise in seasonally driven plant logistics – an area that will be systematically developed further in the future.
