The L.I.T. Gruppe has been officially awarded as a family-friendly company. The certificate was presented by the quality circle "Familienfreundliches Unternehmen" within the Verbund familienfreundlicher Unternehmen Wesermarsch / Friesland e. V.
The fact that family-friendliness is firmly anchored in corporate practice has become particularly evident in recent months. For instance, employees at the Brake site were able to use the Ovelgönne municipality's holiday childcare program for the first time this summer, an offer for which the L.I.T. Gruppe covered a portion of the costs. Due to the positive response, this support will be continued and further expanded in the future.

Since 2025, the company has also been part of the nationwide network "Erfolgsfaktor Familie".
