The fact that family friendliness is firmly anchored in corporate practice has become particularly clear in recent months. For example, employees at the Brake site were able to take advantage of the Ovelg\u00f6nne municipality’s holiday childcare programme for the first time this summer, with the L.I.T. Group covering a proportion of the costs. Due to the positive response, this support will be continued and expanded in the future.<\/p>\n

The L.I.T. Group has been a member of the Wesermarsch\/Friesland e. V. association of family-friendly companies since 2024. Since 2025, the company has also been a member of the nationwide \u2018Erfolgsfaktor Familie\u2019 (Success Factor Family) network. These memberships enable an intensive exchange of experiences with other companies and provide valuable impetus for a modern and employee-oriented human resources policy.<\/p>\n
