The L.I.T. Group is consistently pursuing its strategic growth course: Retroactive to January 1, 2025, the internationally active logistics provider acquired Gr\u00fc\u00dfing Logistik GmbH and Gr\u00fc\u00dfing Spedition GmbH, both based in Westerstede\/Moorburg. With this acquisition, the L.I.T. Group specifically strengthens its service and customer portfolio and expands its expertise in specialized transport solutions.<\/b><\/p>
As part of the transaction, the Gr\u00fc\u00dfing Group was advised by TransCare GmbH. The internationally active consulting company specializing in transport, logistics, and mobility supported the company transfer as an M&A advisor. Under the leadership of Managing Director Ralf Jahnke, TransCare contributed its extensive transaction experience to the process, making a key contribution to successful implementation.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The acquisition is the result of a structured succession process on the part of the Gr\u00fc\u00dfing Group. The Gr\u00fc\u00dfing Group will remain as a brand and continue to operate under its own name.
