Strategic expansion in the transport sector: L.I.T. Speditions GmbH acquired parts of the transport business of the medium-sized logistics provider van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Essen and Dorsten, effective May 1, 2025. With this step, the L.I.T. Group significantly expands its presence in the beverage logistics segment and simultaneously extends its operational service portfolio with specialized equipment and an established customer network.<\/b><\/p>\n

Van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co.KG has decades of experience in beverage logistics and enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. Its customer base includes well-known beverage manufacturers \u2013 including companies for which L.I.T. Speditions GmbH already provides logistics services. Existing customer relationships will be maintained and further developed as part of the acquisition. At the same time, new opportunities arise for acquiring additional clients in the beverage industry.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to expanding the customer base, the L.I.T. Group is also growing in personnel: 120 qualified and committed employees are immediately joining teams at various locations. Moreover, the company\u2019s fleet is being expanded by 85 tractor units and 110 specialized trailers, further enhancing operational performance.<\/p>\n
