General German Haulage Regulations (ADSp)

In the following, we have provided the ADSp in the newest version and a comparison of the changes of the ADPs 2002 / 2003. We would like to point out that the general bases of our cooperation with you as a client is built on the ADSp 2003.

The discontinuation of the damage insurance from No. 29.1.2 ADSp 2002 is one of the most significant changes in the ADSp 2003. The carriers' liability insurers have made a goods transport insurance available as a replacement for the damage insurance. We supply the transportation insurance for you in the event of a corresponding order assignment. The insurance premium is indicated separately on the transportation invoice.

Please consider also the liability restrictions due to ADSp 20003 No. 23 ff.
