Quality policy

L.I.T. Speditions GmbH is an international acting logistic and transportation provider with multiple locations in Germany.

We are specialized in full loads and offer industrial minted solutions in the segment of transport.

We are continuously growing and want to manage this growth in a controlled, process-oriented manner in order to ensure and further expand the quality of the entire company.

We cultivate a cooperative relationship with our clients, in which mutual respect is a main aspect.

As a result of the enormous increase of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH, it is more important than ever before to steer this increase in the right direction with the help of level-headed and disciplined processes.

Our route consists in restructuring of the transportation with the ambition of minimizing the unpredictable transportations, in order to focus even more on contract logistics, and with it the relative predictable business .

Planning of the quality management system

Every change to the Quality Management Handbook or one of the associated documents is checked to ensure that the change does not negatively affect the efficiency of the QM. Only when it is absolutely certain that the change will have no negative effects on the quality management system, it is approved by management of the company.

This ensures the maintenance of the QM system.
