Occupational fields
Training is active support for junior staff.
With this motto in mind, we offer our trainees in numerous fields the best opportunities to qualify themselves for the different areas of the logistics branch.
We train in the following areas in the L.I.T. Group:
Haulage and logistics services agent
Shipping organisations as well as the sale of transports and logistics services are a central part of the haulage and logistics services agent's responsibilities. The organization of punctual movement of goods and of the fleet, as well as route planning and deployment are part of the training. Comprehensive logistics knowledge identifies the occupational field, as well as flexible thinking and quick reaction during scheduling.
Office administrators
Contracts, invoicing and the tasks of operating accountancy lie in their hands. Using modern communication technology, office administrators organize the daily course of events in the office. Good writing skills, conscious work habits, flexibility, an open nature and enjoyment of teamwork are indispensable starting requirements.
IT specialist in system integration and application
As experts for modern communication systems, they organize the application and functionality of the company's IT infrastructure. Hardware and software development is a part of their responsibilities, as well as the implementation and optimization of the communication requirements of our projects. Additionally, they take care of the network connections of the departments, user support and employee training in the IT area. Technical interest and computer knowledge are required, as well as good organizational skills and the ability to explain complex facts and ideas in a clear, easily understandable manner.
Storage logistics staff
View and overview knowledge, even for full warehouses: storage logistics staff have both at all time. With an understanding of incoming and outgoing goods, storage spaces and destinations firmly in mind, they implement the logistic planning and organizational processes. As the link between incoming and outgoing goods, this area of responsibility is an important component of the company. Disciplined self-organization, quick perception as well as the ability to speak a foreign language are important hiring requirements.
Professional driver
On a basic level, it's quite simple: Professional drivers transport goods, around Germany and internationally. The career of the professional driver, however, has more than simply the activities "on the road." The absolute understanding of vehicle technology, independent vehicle inspection, care and maintenance, practical route planning and in-depth knowledge of the specifications for the transportation of the most diverse goods, border formalities and traffic regulations abroad - all these are likewise a part of the demands of the career, as well as an understanding of responsibility for people and the environment. Transport safety and environmental protection are top priorities for them. The driver's license for trucks is obtained during the training at L.I.T.
