A comprehensive training process with the ambition of complete qualification for their field of work starts on their very first day of work.

No matter if they are a professional driver or specialist for storage logistics: all employees that take on a part of the great responsibility for the goods of our clients, should be aware of this.

The maintenance of norms and standards in secure storage and the transports is more than a "matter of form". As active quality management, they build the foundation for the trust, with which our clients give their orders to L.I.T.

Driver trainer
We want your goods to receive the same secure and trustworthy care and protection on each of our vehicles. To that end, we rely on uniform training programs.
Cargo security
The drivers are trained and receive continuing education in cargo security for road vehicles. In doing so, course content is learned in theory and in practise.
Stacker training
L.I.T. employees are trained and receive continuing education as forklift drivers as necessary.
Hazardous substances
If required, the ADR certificate for hazardous goods will be acquired; for this, we work closely with recognized training providers.
