Continuing training/junior staff

Our employees receive career support individually as well as in the context of standardized training, which routinely takes place in the context of our QM management.

Through the completion of a secondary course of study or an industry-specific continuing education program, e.g. private transportation administration, we put our employees in the position to adopt more responsibility within the organisation and lead individual departments.

As a result, diverse  key positions could be filled by well-educated and trained junior employees in recent years.

In cooperation with the local specialist colleges and the DAV (German Foreign Trade and Commerce School), we offer students with potential the opportunity to write their final dissertation with us or gain experiences in the context of an internship semester in our group of companies.
