Prerequisites for drivers
Our drivers are the representatives of the L.I.T. company.
With this in mind we make our choice regarding new employers. Fundamentally, the following applies: The starting age for commercial transportation is 21 years, with the exception of education as a professional driver.
We expect the following from our applicants:
- Well-groomed appearance
- A good reputation
- A class C/CE driver's license
- A driver card for the digital tachograph
- Willingness for shift work
- Ability to work in a team
- The responsible care and maintenance of the entrusted vehicle
- Technical competence
- Knowledge of cargo security (training/continuing education possible)
- Stacker/forklift training depending on the position (training/continuing education possible)
- Dangerous goods training depending on the position (training/continuing education possible)
Driver trainees are also welcome. You will be purposefully integrated into your tasks.
On the whole: The willingness for further training is a constant companion of the professional driver. We support this willingness with great and practical training programs.
